How to Make Healthy Chia Pudding

Healthy gluten-free dessert made with just a few simple pantry ingredients. What’s better than a creamy, honey-infused chia seed pudding to fill your day?

Haven’t tried this before, now is the time with Wise's recipe!

To make this chia pudding recipes, simply gather up the following ingredients:

Piña Colada: 

Base:

1/8 cup Chia Seeds

200ml Nestle Omega Plus

1/2 tsp Raw Honey

Topping: 

Pineapple

Coconut Flakes

Cacao Nibs

Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

Cocoa Chia: 

Base:

1/8 cup Chia Seeds

200ml Nestle Omega Plus

1 tbs Unsweetened Organic Cocoa Powder

1/2 tsp Raw Honey

Topping: 

Strawberries

Kiwi

Cashews

Nutty BB Chia: 

Base:

1/8 Cup Chia Seeds

200ml Nestle Omega Plus

1 tbs Almond Paste

1/2 tsp Raw Honey

Topping: 

Banana

Blueberries

Nestumn Bliss Balls

Alright, let’s talk how to make guacamole …

  1. Make the chia pudding base:  Mix in all ingredients and stir the mixture to achieve the desired ( even) consistency.
  2. Keep the mixture in fridge for 4 hours or overnight. 
  3. Add in topping: Cut the fruits and add in the topping accordingly
  4. Enjoy!
